Interface design and architecture for four generations of internet banking. Hired and trained user interface team to develop online banking transaction, insurance, and brokerage functions for SFNB and other Internet based banks. Developed core strategy for UI development and standards, plus direct design and implementation of new techniques, user functions, and upgrades. Responsible for page and information architecture, process and exception workflows, HTML and JSP coding standards, CSS and JavaScript implementation, and ensuring consistent browser/server interaction behaviors. Tasks included research for new functionality, modeling and testing alternative interface concepts, writing usecases and feature/workflow specifications, usability testing, coordination with technical and regulatory partners, giving technical presentations to customers, conducting internal design reviews, managing intranet design and navigation, and developing intranet documentation for design standards.

The report calls attention to S1's common administration tool for banks, S1 Application Manager, which provides a single administration module to set up customers, branding, product packaging, and system settings.
